PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THE CLAIM UNTIL YOU HAVE TAKEN DELIVERY OF YOUR ELECTRIC BIKE

If you are still waiting for an electric bike that is on order, do not complete the claim form. Wait until it arrives, then come back and complete your claim. Your approved application will ensure you get your rebate.

Submitting documents before the e-bike arrives will delay the rebate process.

Please make sure you have reviewed our Complete Claim Documentation page and have gathered the correct receipts.

Once we received your claim and all required documents, we will verify them, and process your claim. This process takes 7-10 business days.
Once the claim is confirmed complete, we will process your EFT. This normally takes the banking system 2 business days to deposit. Credit unions can take 1 day longer.
